Involved labs

Aims

  • To consolidate the consortium as a whole.
  • To ensure effective and sustainable communication and collaboration mechanisms between the partners, in order to secure the fulfilment of the tasks within the agreed time and allocated budget.
  • To promote an internal monitoring system.

To ensure the project’s external communication according to its target audiences.

Duration

01/04/2021 – 31/08/2021 (5 months)

Involved labs

Aims

  • To interpret national curricular documents towards school contextualization, by generating reflection and moments of debate in the School Cluster toward the development of a context-based curriculum.
  • To re-configure the Curricular Project of the AERNP, and revise the existing Educational Project and mission.

Task 4

Changing school practices through Action Research Projects (ARP): conceptualization, implementation and evaluation (1st cycle of ARP)

Duration

01/09/2021 – 31/07/2022 (11 months)

Involved labs

Aims

  • To foster curricular innovation in the School Cluster according to the re-configuration of the School Cluster’s Curricular Project (task 3) and considering the results of the questionnaires to teachers, students and parents (task 2).
  • To develop a first cycle of ARP involving the 2nd and 3rd cycles of school level.

Task 5

First school cluster dissemination event: lessons learnt and the future

Duration

01/06/2022 – 31/07/2022 (2 months)

Involved labs

Aims

  • To reflect upon the 1st cycle of ARP (expectations, positive aspects, and aspects to be improved).
  • To disseminate the results of the 1st cycle of ARP at a regional level.
  • To ensure the continuity of the project, namely with concern to the 2nd cycle of the ARP, including the recruitment of teachers from other teaching levels and school subjects.

Duration

01/07/2022 – 31/05/2023 (11 months)

Involved labs

Aims

  • To foster curricular innovation in the School Cluster according to the re-configuration of the School Cluster’s Curricular Project (Task 3) and considering the results of the questionnaires to teachers, students and parents (Task 2), through the development of Action Research Projects (ARP).
  • To develop a new cycle of ARP, following Tasks 4 and 5.

Task 7

Post-ARP characterization of teachers’, students’ and parents’ conceptions and reported curricular practices

Duration

01/03/2023 – 31/07/2023 (5 months)

Involved labs

Aims

  • To characterize teachers’, students’ and parents’ conceptions and reported existing practices about the curricular dimension of AERNP schools after the implementation of Action Research Projects (the two cycles).
  • To identify changes in educational actors’ perspectives after the implementation of ARP.
  • To identify these educational actors’ perceptions about factors that facilitate and constrain curricular innovation in AERNP.
  • To contribute to the impact evaluation of the project.
