Her research interests are centered on the sociological approach to issues of educational policy, social exclusions, the socio-professional inclusion of graduates and the social representations about the teaching profession. Maria do Céu Roldão
PhD in Theory and Curriculum Development by the Simon Fraser University and Aggregate in Education by the University of Aveiro. She participated in several OECD projects and was a consultant in Unesco projects for Latin America, and also in cooperation with Mozambique, Cape Verde and Angola. Her main scientific interests are in the area of Curriculum and Curricular Theory, and Teacher Training. She has published several books and numerous scientific articles in these fields.

Ana Varela
Member of the CIDTFF secretariat of the University of Aveiro since 2014, where she performs Science Management functions related to supporting the scientific, administrative and financial management of the research unit, internal and external institutional communication and the strategy of attracting competitive funding. Ana Sofia Pinho
Assistant Professor in the Institute of Education at the University of Lisbon. Collaborator of the Research Group on Languages, Discourses and Identities and member of LALE of the CIDTFF. She has a PhD in Language Didactics and works in the area of Curriculum and Teacher Training. She coordinates the theme of Language Teaching of the Doctorate in Education, specialization Teacher Training and Supervision. ORCiD

Postdoctoral researcher (research fellow) at the Department of Education and Psychology at the University of Aveiro. Dora Fonseca
Assistant Professor in the Department of Education and Psychology at the University of Aveiro. Member of the Research Group on Policies, Evaluation and Quality and the PAELab of the CIDTFF. Her research interests are in the field of Educational Policies and Educational Administration. She has been developing studies in the scope of the processes of decentralization of education, organizational evaluation and of the processes of educational regulation. ORCiD

Gabriela Portugal
Associate Professor in the Department of Education and Psychology at the University of Aveiro. Member of the Research Group on Policies, Evaluation and Quality and the PAELab of the CIDTFF. Her research interests focus on the quality, assessment and monitoring of children in early childhood education; playing and learning; exploration of the pedagogical potential of outdoor spaces. Associate Professor in the Department of Education and Psychology at the University of Aveiro. Manuel Alexandre Alvelos
Director of the Rio Novo do Príncipe School Cluster. He holds a PhD in Education from the University of Aveiro, graduated in Music Teaching and and took a Course in Higher Composition at the National Conservatory. His areas of interest focus on School culture and on the anthropology of Education and Supervision. He has research work in the area of support/advice to the educational director/administrator and published articles in publications from the Department of Education and Psychology at the University of Aveiro.

Margarida Lucas

Full Professor in the Department of Education and Psychology at the University of Aveiro. of the Research Group on Languages, Discourses and Identities and member of LALE of the CIDTFF. Coordinator of the CIDTFF since 2016 and of the Doctoral Program in Education since 2014. Maria Jorge Pratas
Secretary of the ADACE Board. She holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Department of Chemistry at the University of Aveiro (2012), where she has functions in the area of Science Management related with the support, from the application to the technical and financial management of national research and technological development projects, in partnership with companies and R&D service contracts. Palmira Gaiola
Member of the ADACE Board. She holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Aveiro and a postgraduate degree in Technologies and Water Management from the Faculty of Science and Technology and from the NOVA School of Business and Economics at the NOVA University Lisbon. She has been working in the Águas de Portugal Group since 1998, in the area of the Environment.
